Abu Dhabi Medical Devices Company (ADMD) is part of Abu Dhabi National Industrial Projects. We are a leading local manufacturer of Auto Disable syringes, Single Use syringes, Insulin syringes, Tubes& Catheters, Administration Devices, respiratory items, and PPE products.
We started commercial operations in the year 2000, specializing in the manufacturing of high-quality medical devices and consumables. As part of our contribution to injection safety, in 2003 we commissioned a new production line dedicated to Auto-Disable (AD) syringes becoming the first and only manufacturer of AD syringes in the Middle East and Africa, producing over 400 million units per year.   Our clients include leading Non-Governmental Organizations, Ministries of Health and private sector companies spread out in over 60 countries across the globe.

Continuing its innovation, ADMD in year 2013, patented its Auto Disable Needles that are automatically disabled after their first use to prevent a subsequent use. It can be attached to any Standard Single Use Syringe to literally transform it to an Auto Disable Syringe. This product rapidly gaining acceptance for this innovative idea. This is in line with the vision of WHO to spread the re-use prevented smart syringes in the Therapeutic Sector, to assure a higher level of prevention to the transaction of blood borne diseases through re-uses of injection devices. 

Today ADMD is offering, in addition to the major surgical consumable items, over 40 families and over 400 variant models of consumables.  ADMD can remarkably cater to the consumable needs of health care sector, and we are rapidly expanding further to add more products in our arsenal.
